Body Appreciation Monday: Speaking In Tongues

Sooo I have been a bad girl and neglected my usual Sunday posting for the past two weeks. I don't even have particularly good excuses...last Sunday I was out of town at Megacon, but this Sunday I was just lazy. And needed to get that Jane Eyre not-review out of my system.

Anyway.

I am not a foodie but I love to eat and enjoy the various sensations of doing so, whether the item in question is tater tots, carrot-raisin salad, peppermint fudge, or that awesome Stoneyfield Farm Oikos yogurt (no, I am not getting paid to say that. I wish! Stoneyfield, call me!). I also love kissing and I like to talk, too. The main component in my enjoyment of these three things is the mighty tongue. Just think about it--taste buds! Phonetic articulation! Muscular strength and nerve endings! The tongue is definitely my favorite muscle. Would Gene Simmons have been nearly as famous without his tongue? Would the French be famous for ANYTHING without their tongues (kidding. I love the French)? Tongues bring all sorts of pleasure, from the stuffing-your-face-with-chocolate variety to the titillating-sensations variety to the creating-an-awesome-pun-and-saying-it-aloud variety. Lick, twirl, taste, and speechify away, tongues of the world! And with that, I leave you with some serious tongue action.

Yeah, I'm working toward eliminating connection to my "real" life as much as I can. I changed the URL to the blog and everything, and that has had a pretty negative effect on traffic. I guess I'll have to whip up some awesome posts to get traffic back up!
